Zoe Naylor
Chartered Physiotherapist
Zoe studied at the University of the West of England, Bristol, graduating in 2018. She has worked in a number of musculoskeletal outpatient settings and specialist departments including: hand therapy; rheumatology; and high level rehabilitation. Currently Zoe also works in primary care alongside General Practitioners as a first contact practitioner, managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
She supports an exercise based approach within her management. Additionally, Zoe has acquired treatment skills from further study including tissue mobilisation and acupuncture. She uses these to reduce pain and improve results.
Outside of work Zoe loves to keep fit and active, working out in the gym, completing triathlons, and surfing. These experiences have supported her work; for example she worked as the sole physiotherapist supporting 60 runners in a five-stage ultramarathon through the Amazon rainforest.
